Terms of Service
1. The service
SirAuth provides a hosted authentication API for application developers: sign-in links, OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect token issuance, and related user-management features (the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
- You must provide an accurate email address and keep it current.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens through your account and API keys.
- You must not share live API tokens in public repositories or client-side code.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity;
- send unsolicited bulk messages or facilitate phishing;
- store or transmit malicious code, or probe other systems without authorization;
- resell the Service as a standalone authentication product without a written agreement.
4. Availability
We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is”. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page when possible. Paid plans include the uptime commitments described at signup; free plans carry no SLA.
5. Fees and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Fees for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create a security risk, or are required to do so by law. You may export your data via the API before closing your account; data is deleted 30 days after termination.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
